Solution: Find a mobile phone and put the psv overlay on the phone. Dial this phone (you can also dial directly with your mobile phone and put the psv overlay on your phone). Note that at this point, open the notification menu in the upper right corner of psv and see that the psv interface has automatic operation (jumping). Pick up psv, enter the game, solve the problem.
Personal inference: This is a psv internal design problem (there is static electromagnetic interference), I hope that you do not be so frustrated like me, solve it smoothly, do not easily replace the hardware.
